THE LATEST ALBUM
Precipice of Emphasis
Precipice of Emphasis is Beelzebubba throwing funk metal, progressive weirdness, heavy riffs, and dark humor into the same machine and seeing what crawls back out.
Across nine tracks, KARVX on guitar and vocals, BRYNE on drums, and SYLIX on bass move between filthy grooves, jagged riffs, pounding rhythms, strange melodies, and sudden turns that keep the album from sitting comfortably in any one corner of metal.
The record jumps freely between worlds. “Call Him Yojimbo” turns a legendary hired sword into a numetal tribute. “Velvet Guillotine” wraps metaphors around their tounge, while “Problematic” digs into attraction that starts feeling more like a problem addiction. “Monopoly of Lethal Force” takes a darker yet unserious swing at power imbalance and violence, and “The Leg of Wirt” drags the album straight through the gates of Diablo-inspired absurdity.
At the center, the title track “Precipice of Emphasis” captures what Beelzebubba does best: taking an idea, pushing it toward the edge, and refusing to straighten it out for anybody, “Diminishing Returns” turns repetition and consequence into its own downward spiraling, “The Bogey Man” takes another sharp left turn.. into a tree, and “The In-Betweens” closes the record in with a ballad between one thing and another.
The subjects change. The mood mutates. The groove stays.
Precipice of Emphasis isn't nine versions of the same song. It's nine different doors into the same crooked world, held together by the personality of KARVX, BRYNE, and SYLIX and a shared appetite for making heavy music funkier, stranger, and harder to predict.
ABLUM IN THE MAKING
The Pinnacle of Principle
Pinnacle of Principal is a continuation of Precipice of Emphasis, carrying its strange, heavy funk-metal sound into darker territory. With “Pinnacle of Principal” and “Pestilence,” the album explores self-righteousness, certainty, hypocrisy, and the consequences of ideas left unquestioned. It feels less like a separate chapter and more like the next step over the edge.
