Beelzebubba is a synthetic band. AI is a huge part of how it exists, but it isn't where the ideas come from.

The concepts behind the songs, characters, artwork and videos begin with human imagination. AI gives those ideas a way to become something you can actually hear and see.

A weird song concept becomes lyrics, gets rewritten line by line, rearranged, tested through different sounds and rebuilt until it matches the idea that started it. Sometimes hundreds of generations and edits can sit behind a few minutes of finished music. The final result isn't whatever the machine happened to produce. It's the result that survived the creative process.

The same goes for the visual world of Beelzebubba. KARVX, BRYNE and SYLIX began as ideas before they were images. Their masks, personalities, instruments, environments and visual identities have been developed and refined across countless generations. AI visualizes the concept, but human direction decides what they look like, what belongs in their world and what gets thrown out.

Music videos push that process even further. Scenes are imagined first, then generated shot by shot. Camera movement, environments, character actions and transitions are directed through repeated iterations before the footage is manually selected, cut, timed and edited into a finished video.

That's why simply calling Beelzebubba “AI generated” feels incomplete.

There are hundreds of hours of human decisions behind this project: writing, rewriting, directing, editing, experimenting, rejecting and obsessing over tiny details.

The controversy around AI in music and art isn't going away, and there are worthwhile questions surrounding it. Beelzebubba isn't an attempt to pretend the technology isn't there.

The ideas are human. AI gives them a body.
